Flynn M

gaelic
FLANN

From an Irish surname, an Anglicized form of Ó Floinn meaning "descendant of Flann", from the Old Irish Adjective “flann”, meaning “red, bright red, blood-red, crimson”. Flannait seems to be the daughter of the warrior Cuana mac Ailchine and was miraculously cured by St. Mochutu of Lismore. She later became a nun and founded a church on the Black-water near Fermoy.
