JORAH M

hebrew
yôrâh

This name derives from the Hebrew “yôrâh”, meaning “he instructs”. Jorah was the head of a family of exiles that returned from Babylonian captivity with Ezra. This was used by George R. R. Martin for a character in his fantasy series 'A Song of Ice and Fire' (as well as the television adaptation 'Game of Thrones').
